SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE PRESENCE

Dark-coloured car with 2 male occupants - looking quite out of place - stationery behind another desirable vehicle, but soon drove away rapidly.  Impression of "casing" the vehicle with prospect of later vehicle conversion.  Licence plate number taken and suspicious vehicle presence reported to Police.
